Adina Vineyard are hosting a fun and delicious cooking class with celebrity chef, Andrew Church.

The class will be held on August 12 at the vineyard, where Andrew will show you how to cook three beautiful dishes using tips and secrets on food preparation that will stand you in good stead in the kitchen. To register, see the link at the end of this article.

Adina Vineyard opened their cellar door fourteen years ago, and have been producing beautiful wines ever since.

With grapes grown on site, the vineyard produces verdelho, tempranillo and a variety of specialty wines such as lightly sparkling moscato.

The olives grown on-site produce extra-virgin olive oil along with a range of infused oils including olive and chilli and lemon myrtle olive.

“We have a working vineyard & olive grove. We grow all our grapes on our estate. We produce and process olives for olive oil and table olives,” says Belinda McFarlane.

Adina offer fine dining at Emerson’s Cafe and Restaurant, open breakfast, lunch and dinner. Emerson’s also caters for a range of events such as weddings.

The vineyard also offers luxurious accommodation, with three fully self-contained lodges overlooking the vineyard. While you are enjoying your getaway you can spoil yourself with a relaxing treat at Reflections Day Spa and finish off with a relaxing massage.
