The Smart Drop

The Smart Drop provide plumbed-in, stand alone and under bench water chillers, and have serviced the area for the 10 years now.

“We save our customers money on filtered water. Customers use their own water and filter it through our smart filtration system: eliminating chlorine, taste, odours and sediment, leaving them with clean, fresh and chilled drinking water,” says owner Roger Neville.

“We visit our customers 3 times a year at no extra charge to service units and change filters, ensuring great tasting water.”

“We’re also looking after the environment as you don’t need regular delivery of water bottles which in turn saves our customers space as they don’t have to store cumbersome water bottles.”

“Installing and maintaining one of our water coolers means that you receive a constant supply of crystal clear filtered water 24/7.”

By eliminating the use of bottled water you are reducing the risk of injury to your staff and family. Lifting a 15 kg bottle of water from the storage area to the machine awkwardly and inverting them onto the stand is a WHS issue in itself and can cause injury.

“Using our system frees up valuable space where normally you would store unsightly bottles,” says Roger.

“It’s great to service the Cessnock area, local businesses looking after local businesses,” says Roger.

“We give our customers the personal touch, having a chat with our customers when we come to service and there’s less stress here than in the city. It’s so easy to get around.”
