Open since July 2015 by Tim and Kristy Burness, iHop Hunter Valley is all about offering unique and personable service that can appeal to any visitor to the area.

“After visiting the Cessnock region over an 8 year period as a tourist, we fell in love with the region’s diversity, beautiful produce, scenery, and the great community feel. We are really proud to now call ourselves local business owners.”

Tour by Night: Explore the Hunter after dark on a culinary adventure offering; 7-Course matched cheese & wine tasting, and get a fascinating insight into a working winery, 2-Course “Tapas” style dinner and dessert, held at different locations.

iHop By Day: Hop aboard Hunter Valleys only Hop-On Hop-Off bus service and explore up to 40 attractions via an hourly timetable of 14 Hops (stops) to choose from.
