Burncroft is a gorgeous six bedroom guesthouse in Lovedale, set on 20 private acres with stunning views and sunsets, surrounded by vineyards, cellar doors, restaurants and many local activities.

It is ideal for groups of friends, family gatherings, special events or for no special reason other than to relax and unwind in peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

Burncroft has a wood fire in the main lounge for the cooler months and a swimming pool for warmer days. There are plenty of lawn games to enjoy as well as board games, DVDs, Wii, books and magazines in the library/TV lounge. The guesthouse also comes equiped with Wi-Fi and Foxtel.

“We have two spacious lounges for entertaining (one with a wood fire) and a well-equipped gourmet, commercial kitchen, all under one roof.”

There is an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the lawn, pool and vineyard with an outdoor, hooded BBQ.

Guests have exclusive, private use of 20 beautiful acres complete with a 9-hole, pitch and chip course overlooking vineyards.

“We can arrange for a private chef, a variety of tours, massage therapists, private wine tastings as well as point you in the direction to enjoy the areas arts and culture, heritage, family activities, picnic areas, walking trails, golf, ballooning, markets, events, entertainment, restaurants, cellar doors and more!” says owner Karen Jackson.

“We live on the property so we are on hand to ensure our guests have a memorable experience”, says Karen.

“This is a beautiful rural setting where you can feel like you are miles away from everything but there is also easy access to towns and shops. It is a great community where the locals want our visitors to enjoy themselves so they keep coming back. There is so much to see and do that you cannot possibly enjoy everything in one visit.”

“We are constantly improving the property; from creating the pitch and chip course, creating an outdoor entertaining area just outside the TV lounge to adding air conditioning. We listen to our guests and improve where they have suggested changes or modifications such as a hand rail at the two steps from the TV lounge to the kitchen. It’s a small change but one which our regular guests noticed and appreciated.”

“We are looking into ways to heat the pool and adding a deck for entertaining small groups or even intimate weddings overlooking the vineyards.”

“We’d like to offer SMEs special midweek packages for small conferences ensuring cost effective methods for team building. We are well suited for craft group getaways such as scrap-booking, and we are also looking into Murder Mystery weekends.”
