Well-known local chef and barista, Darwin has opened a second café in Cessnock.

“Many locals told us how much they missed having a cafe within the shopping centre,” Darwin said.
The new café has a big selection of fresh food including cakes, pies, baguettes, salads and wraps.
Opening a second business was no small thing but Darwin says he is confident in Cessnock’s maturing coffee culture.
“In the three years since we opened the first cafe, there has been a growing awareness and knowledge around the quality of coffee, as well as a bigger demand,” Darwin said.
Darwin opened his first café, Darwin’s on Vincent, in 2016, after working for more than 15 years as a qualified chef.
