The Newcastle Herald recently profiled the bustling café headed by Kurri Kurri local Rosa Grine.  Highlighted was the strong family connection driving her business.

Rosa and the seven-strong Happi Chicken team serve up delectable delights six days a week from 7am to 8.30pm.  Whether you have a hankering for coffee, housemade cakes, chicken, or milkshakes, the daily specials and home style meals have you sorted for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

“We pride ourselves on our coffee and housemade cakes during the day and the variety of daily specials for breakfast lunch and dinner,” Rosa says.

This winter when your tummy demands a roast meal or a sneaky schnitzel but can’t pull yourself away from the heater, take advantage of Happi Chicken’s newest innovation – home delivery!

“Online ordering and delivery options will be available from early July,” Rosa says.

“From Monday to Saturday between 4.30m and 8.30pm customers can order from our menu and enjoy our home style meals on the run without actually having to run anywhere!”

A supportive customer and business community makes doing business in the Cessnock local government area great according to Rosa.

“Our community is supportive and very loyal, and as a whole, competing businesses work together to serve the community.”
