Get Ready for the 2017 STOMP!From the Chambers

Yes, that right folks the Cessnock returns to Vincent Street Cessnock on the 23rd April, 2017 bigger and better!

Cessnock Chamber of Commerce is progressing well with the plans for the 2017 Stomp Festival.

Again, there will be the themed High Tea along with fine local food, wine, beer, kids zone, arts and craft stalls, music and not to forget the centerpiece of the festival the Great Cessnock Stomp.

For those who are less competitive, we are introducing a photo opportunity area for grape stomping, so bring your family and friends and stomp away!

There will be a number of new items for 2017 so keep your eyes on our facebook and website for details and updates.

We look forward to seeing you there for a great day out!

CESSNOCK CHAMBER Annual General Meeting

Cessnock Chamber of Commerce will be holding its AGM on Monday 28th November from 6pm at the Wine Country Motor Inn.  During the meeting elections will be held for both board members and executive positions.  Members are encouraged to come along to hear about Chamber activities and initiatives.

Do you know how many businesses operate along Wollombi Road from Mount View Road to Bellbird?  What are these businesses and how can they help both customers and other businesses?

The business sector of Cessnock is spreading beyond the CBD and on Tuesday 22nd November, Cessnock Chamber will be showcasing the diverse business offerings from the West End, partnering with a local winery from Pokolbin for a dinner and networking event.   Come along to the Mine Shaft from 6.30pm, join us for a two course meal, including a glass of wine, beer or soft drink along with wine tasting from Tulloch’s Wines.  Tickets are just $30 each.  For more information, please call Zia Rohan on 0410 580 214.
