The Cessnock Chamber of Commerce have announced the Cessnock Customer Service Awards will return this year with a twist!

This year the awards will be held online with a virtual awards ceremony on Friday 4 December 2020.

Now is the time to get your nominations in to recognise the people and businesses who go the extra mile and offer that something special, excellence in customer service.

Despite the fact that this year will be a virtual experience, the awards are still offering a wonderful opportunity to celebrate, showcase and recognise those in our community who excel in customer service.

The awards provide the perfect opportunity to connect the business community with their customers resulting in an outstanding 1100 nominations in 2019.

If you have had a positive customer service experience over the last 12 months, now is the time to acknowledge this excellence.

Let us celebrate our local community and recognise excellence across the following eight categories: Hospitality & Tourism, Retail, Trade, Professional & Community, and Education & Wellbeing.

All nominations for the 2020 Cessnock Customer Service Awards will be available online due to the current COVID-19 restriction.

By nominating someone you think deserves recognition for outstanding customer service you could go into the draw to win $100 in Cessnock Dollars.
