Hunter Valley Wheelchair Accessible Hot Air Balloon is now taking bookings.

The Hunter Valley region’s latest accessible tourism experience - the Hunter Valley Wheelchair Accessible Hot Air Balloon - is now taking bookings following a successful launch yesterday.

A joint partnership between Cessnock City Council and Balloon Aloft, the accessible hot air balloon allows passengers who have previously been precluded from this activity the chance to experience the freedom of flight.

The accessible hot air balloon incorporates a unique seat and harnesses to ensure passengers with limited mobility are safe and secure during the flight, and is a first of its kind in NSW.
