The Rebuilding Futures Program funds community-led projects that support long-term disaster recovery and resilience. These initiatives must focus on disaster recovery or improving preparedness while demonstrating impact in at least one of seven key resilience areas: Inclusion, Networks, Communication, Information, Self-Organising Systems, Local Decision-Making, or Resources.
Eligible Projects Include:
- Rebuilding efforts that enhance resilience through better materials and design.
- Initiatives that improve community mental health and wellbeing.
- Programs that strengthen networks, share climate knowledge, and foster social connections.
This funding empowers communities to recover, adapt, and build a stronger future.
