Celebrating 27 years, the National Trust Heritage Awards are the highlight of the Australian Heritage Festival, recognizing outstanding heritage projects.
Project Awards Categories:
- Aboriginal Heritage: Promoting understanding, conservation, and awareness of Aboriginal heritage.
- Architecture: Sympathetic design, adaptive reuse, or new work in historic contexts.
- Advocacy: Acknowledging individuals or groups committed to protecting heritage sites.
- Built Conservation: Conservation or repair of built heritage, including buildings, structures, or sites.
- Enduring: Recognizing long-term care and maintenance of built, natural, or cultural heritage.
- Interiors & Objects: Conservation of historic interiors, objects, movable heritage, and collections.
- Landscape: Conservation of natural, urban, or cultural landscapes.
- Education & Interpretation: Projects that educate or interpret heritage in engaging ways.
- Events, Exhibitions & Tours: Initiatives promoting community engagement and heritage education.
- Resources & Publications: Publications or resources advancing heritage conservation, in print or online.

Eligibility:
Projects must be completed between 1 March 2024 and 31 March 2025.
