If you’re hosting a private property wedding or event, Brumby Bar brings the party to you! Our service isn’t just about pouring drinks; it’s about creating an unforgettable vibe.

Choose from our two standout bars – the Black Brumby, ready to serve frozen cocktails, or the White Brumby, which brings barista-quality coffee and Mimosas to your recovery brunch. Our bars don’t fit the usual caravan look. We went bold and unique, making Brumby Bar a serious statement piece that your guests will love.

We’re a BYO service, meaning you bring the drinks, and we take care of the rest. Our flexible packages fit any event and budget. You’ll get RSA-qualified staff, commercial refrigeration, glassware, slushie machines, fruit-infused water stations, lawn games, and rubbish removal. We also include 50 km of free delivery from our base in Neath, NSW.

For extras, we offer our “Chilled Colt” mobile cool room – perfect for keeping things icy in those hot Hunter Valley summers. Need power? We’ve got generator hire. For a little added fun, try our popcorn machine, which works great for eco-friendly confetti or treats for the kids.
