This firsthand business experience provides a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing business owners, investors, and industry stakeholders. In her role, Chrissy works closely with government agencies, investors, regional organisations, industry leaders and local businesses to identify and facilitate opportunities that support economic growth and strengthen the region's competitive advantage. She leads economic development project delivery, investment attraction initiatives, funding and grant opportunities, and programs that support business growth, industry development and visitor economy outcomes across the Cessnock Local Government Area.
