At The Wagon Bar, we take care of the pouring so you can focus on celebrating. Whether it’s a wedding, engagement, birthday, or any event, our rustic horse float bar creates a unique, welcoming atmosphere that guests love. We work with the beverages you provide, serving them from our beautifully styled bar setup, ensuring everything flows smoothly and every guest leaves with a smile.

Our full-service packages cover everything you’ll need for a seamless bar experience, from glassware and bar styling to a custom drinks menu board and ice – it’s all included. We’ll also supply RSA-qualified staff, a water dispenser station, and a tidy-up of any bar-generated rubbish to leave your venue spotless. For weddings, we even bring an esky for the bridal party’s photos!

Our service is about more than just drinks – it’s about making sure every detail is right. Our staff hold first aid qualifications, working with children checks, and NSW Police checks, so you know you’re in good hands.
