Where Pigs Fly

'}}

At Where Pigs Fly, we’re more than a sanctuary – we’re a movement for kindness. Since 2014, our non-profit farm in the Hunter Valley has given a safe, loving home to animals rescued from abuse and neglect. Today, over 200 animals – from cows and pigs to donkeys and hens – live freely with every need met.

Our mission is simple: build a kinder world for all animals. We believe every animal deserves respect, and we work hard to show people the lives of farmed animals in a new light. Through hands-on care and education, we reveal their stories and inspire others to choose compassion.

With thousands visiting each year, our sanctuary experience changes perspectives. Our tours, school visits, and open days give people a real connection to the animals. The impact is clear. Seventy-five percent of visitors say their views on farmed animals have shifted, and many leave inspired to eat less meat and dairy. Every visit makes a difference.

We invite you to be part of this change. When you donate, sponsor an animal, or volunteer, you directly support the feed, shelter, and lifelong care our animals deserve. Sharing our message online also furthers our mission. Together, we can create a future where every animal is valued, protected, and loved. Join us at Where Pigs Fly and help make that world possible.
