Since we opened on 5th April 2003, all our cheeses have been crafted on-site in our state-of-the-art cheesemaking facility. With a viewing window, you can see our talented cheesemakers in action, adding a special touch to every wheel and wedge. Whether you’re a local or visiting the Hunter Valley, our shop is open every day from 10am to 5pm, and tastings are always on the house.
Once you’ve stocked up, grab a coffee from our espresso machine, or settle in with a glass of wine and a cheese platter on the deck. Prefer a more rustic vibe? Lay out a picnic blanket under a gum tree and let us provide the plates and cutlery for your perfect day out.
