At RunBaby, we’re all about empowering women to live their happiest, healthiest lives. Based in the Hunter Valley, we’re more than just a fitness business; we’re a supportive community where women come together to nurture their bodies and minds. Our mission is simple: to inspire and encourage every woman to be the best version of herself.

I’m Anna-Rose Klaus, the founder of RunBaby, and as a mum of three beautiful kids, I know how hard it can be to find balance. After moving back to Australia from Canada, I struggled with finding my place in a new community. I felt isolated and disconnected, but I wasn’t alone in that. I realised my love for health and fitness, combined with a desire for connection, would be my way to turn things around.

After completing my Cert III & IV in Personal Training, alongside certifications in Pilates, Barre Body, and Pre & Post Natal Fitness, I knew I wanted to create something that would not only help me but others too. At RunBaby, I’m proud to offer Reformer Pilates, Matwork Pilates, and Personal Training sessions that focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence from the inside out.

Whether you’re joining a small group Reformer class, getting personalised training, or working on your core and pelvic floor, we’re here to support you every step of the way. At RunBaby, we believe that empowered women empower women, and together, we can achieve anything.
