Workplace Legal Advice Program - Ongoing

The Workplace Legal Advice Program provides employers with free, independent legal advice to help them deal with workplace issues.

Free, independent legal advice is available to employers on issues like:

  • dismissal
  • bullying at work
  • general protections
  • sexual harassment at work.

To be eligible, employers must:

  • not have a lawyer or paid agent
  • have less than 15 employees
  • not have in-house legal, workplace relations or human resources staff
  • not be a member of an employer association
  • have an enquiry or issue about dismissal, general protections, bullying or sexual harassment at work.
