CIMS (Compassionate Inclusive Meaningful Supports) have 5 venues over the Hunter/Newcastle. They have multiple participants with disabilities daily doing a wide range of shifts.
Roles cover Café, Restaurant and Kitchen shifts. All these shifts are tailored to the participants and what they need and want to focus on and learn. Front of house and back of house opportunities are available to cater to participants needs and confidence levels.
