The Table Guesthouse is an intimate, delightfully charming & personally hosted guesthouse tucked away in the historic village of Greta in the iconic Hunter Valley.
Built in a traditional European style with French pavilion interior, our guesthouse has recently been lovingly refreshed ready to welcome quests when it is safe to do so.
Our combustion fireplace supplies winter warmth, while air-conditioning & ceiling fans ensure summer comfort. Open windows allow fresh air & sunshine to flow throughout.
A private paved garden courtyard with rambling grapevines & perfumed wisteria has shady nooks for reading, sipping a cool drink or indulging in a well earned nap.
From our kitchen comes dinner, with menu decided daily, based on local seasonal produce. We have a wine list of our selected favourites or you are very welcome to bring a bottle you have fallen in love with on your local wine tasting adventures, no BYO charge applies. Our dining room has seating capacity for 12 guests only with exception for private events.
Breakfast is served at a time that suits you. Select from a small but innovative & delicious menu. Start with crunchy house made muesli, seasonal fruit & yoghurt, choose a main that tempts your tastebuds & finish with petit croissant & local honey. Perhaps add a Bloody Mary or a glass of bubbles.
Since no-one ever wants to go home, the Table Guest House offer great rates for Sunday night stays, just ask. Sleep-ins are essential, check out is 1pm when you book for 2 or more nights.
We love to create an itinerary of local experiences, just for you, so whether you want to explore the incredible Brokenback National Park by boot, test out your horseriding skills at Lambs Valley or tap into your artistic self with an art class, all can be arranged & pre-booked for you, it’s what we love to do!
If you’re heading to a concert or event, transport to & from the venue can be arranged. Subject to availability, a day of wine tasting with your own private driver is another in – house experience we offer.
