We’ve been through a lot, lately. Drought, floods, bushfires and a pandemic. However, one hugely positive outcome from all this is our unrelenting community spirit. We can do anything when we all work together.
Cessnock City Council is a BIG customer when it comes to doing business and we LOVE to buy locally!
Advance Cessnock City and partners have worked collectively and are very excited to announce the new Support Local Campaign.
Support Local is an initiative of Advance Cessnock City in partnership with local Chambers and Associations establishing greater support and promotion of local businesses within the community.
Locals supporting locals is all about working together. It’s about shopping and buying local; as well as hiring local talent – it’s about keeping doors open! When we support local, every member of the community gets to enjoy the economic, social and environmental benefits; not just now, but well into the future.
To ensure the success of the campaign we need YOU, our community to work collectively with Advance and partners to bring about change!
COVID-19: Keep safe, please adhere to the social distancing rules.
Download the Tool Kit to get started!
Your Locals Supporting Locals Tool Kit is designed to encourage your own creative ideas.
You can easily access the images and logos, and supplement the main campaign with your own messages on your website, social media, mobile advertising and even on local radio or television channels.
