Or Are you interested in find out what your favorite cafes, pubs or restaurants are doing to reduce food waste and single use items? Join us and help us to design a program that can reduce food waste and single use items at your cafés, pubs or restaurants.
Hunter Hospitality Circularity Network (the Network project) will engage hospitality businesses across the Hunter region, to build their capacity to evaluate and adopt circular solutions for their business operations and supply chains, focussing on food waste and single-use items. Through codesign processes and Bin Trim assessment phases, the project will build the capacity of these networks to work collectively to identify and implement circular solutions that benefit from network efficiency and scale.
This co-design workshop will bring together key stakeholders in the Bin Trim project to collaboratively design elements of the stakeholder engagement strategy for cafés, pubs or restaurants, business networks, and other relevant parties in the Hunter region to engage and long-term participation in the Bin Trim- Hunter Hospitality Circularity Network project.
This project is a NSW Environment Protection Authority Waste and Sustainable Materials Strategy initiative, funded from the waste levy.
