NSW residents have been given more time to take advantage of the Dine and Discover vouchers.

The Dine & Discover initiative has been extended until 31 July 2021 to allow people more time to use all of their vouchers, which is perfect for the upcoming school holidays.

Latest data shows more than 4.23 million people have downloaded the vouchers since they were launched in March, with more than $105 million spent directly in registered regional businesses.

This increased spending at hospitality venues will have broader positive flow-on effects to the economy, through employment and purchases from upstream suppliers.

Dining out has been particularly popular, with patrons spending on average $41 for every $25 voucher used and adventure businesses have also benefited, including galleries and museums.

The Dine & Discover incentive has assisted communities across NSW to bounce back from the pandemic and has supported a wide range of businesses and industries in the process.

It’s not too late, you can register your business here and residents can sign up here to access their vouchers and get out and about and support local dining, arts and recreation businesses.

Here are some fun facts on where the Dine & Discover vouchers have been most popular:

  • Food and beverage services – more than 5 million redemptions
  • Movie theatres – more than 1.2 million
  • Heritage activities such as museums and art galleries – almost 370,000 redemptions

The vouchers can only be used at eligible businesses that have implemented a COVID Safety Plan and are registered as COVID Safe.

Every adult in NSW is eligible for four $25 vouchers worth $100 in total to spend across the 14,000 participating businesses. Redeem your vouchers and find a local business here: Dine and Discover business finder.
