Small Business Commissioner

The NSW Government established the Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner to help small businesses across NSW.

The Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner was created by the NSW Government as an independent and strong voice for small businesses within government.

It offers access to support at every stage of the business cycle, from start-up to succession planning and every step in between, including straightening out complex matters that could leave small business operators feeling isolated.

They help small businesses raise issues where you may think that government agencies, local councils or other businesses have acted unfairly.

For example, the Small biz bus is an initiative that comes to regional areas and small businesses can make free appointments for advice and planning.
