Meet the next generation of chefs in the Hunter.

Yes Chef’ is an immersion program whereby 17 secondary school students from 8 different secondary schools from around the Hunter region will experience the skills and expertise involved in planning, cooking and plating a 3-course meal to paying guests at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.

TAFE NSW will prepare the students with three full days of training and they will also undertake excursions and hear talks from renowned local chefs.

The students will deliver a quality dining experience to paying guests at an exclusive showcase dinner on Tuesday 6 December at Crowne Plaza Hotel.

This immersive ‘hands-on’ program is delivered by TAFE NSW in partnership with Crowne Plaza, Voco Kirkton and Bistro Molines

When: Tuesday 6 December, dinner service from 6.00pm. Doors open at 5.30pm.
