Kimberley Pyne: Employee at Endeavour Linen Services

Endeavour Linen Services are extremely proud of the role they play in making a difference to local people’s lives. They are also proud of their employees and have produced many success stories. An example provided by Endeavour Linen Services is with employee, Kimberley Pyne:

Kimberley has played an important role in the Endeavour Linen Services team for the last 5 years. During her time employed within the laundry, Kimberley has greatly developed her self confidence and independence. With this confidence and her new skills in 2015, with the help of Endeavour Group staff, Kimberley developed a presentation to deliver to 50 university students about Fragile X Syndrome – the condition she lives with – with the hope to raise awareness about the syndrome. This huge accomplishment is just one of the many goals Kimberley has been able to achieve with the self confidence she has built through her employment with our Linen Services.

Bridget confirms Endeavour Linen Services have had enormous support from the local community.

“We have had incredible support from the local community. It is wonderful to work in a community that is so inclusive. We are incredibly proud to be able to provide a service to the city of Cessnock that supports local people living with a disability to have the opportunity to work, learn new skills and importantly, contribute back to their own community.”

“The friendliness of the community and the support of our customers in this beautiful region is amazing.”

Looking to support and sustain growth for the business into the future as well as continue to offer excellent service to their customers, Endeavour Linen Services are excited to be investing in new equipment.

“We are aiming to develop a business that leads the way in excellence and outcomes for both our customers and our participants” says Bridget.
