    The Central Hunter Business & Community Expo 2018

    9am-3pmMiller Park, New England Highway Branxton

    Calling all local businesses, community groups, sporting clubs and market stall holders. You are invited to attend The Central Hunter Business & Community Expo 2018.

    What is the expo about?

    This event is a platform for businesses, community organizations, sporting groups, local services and market stall holders in the Branxton, Greta, Rothbury, North Rothbury, Elderslie, Lovedale and Belford area to showcase what they have on offer and to connect with the local community.

    The purpose of the day is to connect current community members and business with each other, additionally we are showcasing the services that are in our own back yard. The area is growing with a huge increase in population from a number of major developments in the area such as Huntlee, Wyndham Ridge and Radford Park.

    The expo is an event that will show case the diverse and vibrant Businesses, Community and Sporting groups within the area.

    Connecting people to each other is an important process that underpins the growth of a community.

    As well as a dedicated business and community exhibit the day will include the following;

    Free kids entertainment zone

    * 2 jumping castles

    * The Balloon Bloke

    * Fairy Floss Tent (with free unlimited fairy floss)

    * Activities provided by local daycares and preschools

    * Sporting activities on Miller Park tennis courts

    Food Zone with the following vendors

    * Bonjani wood fired pizza van

    * Spring potato twisters van

    * Bao Brothers Eatery van

    * Crafty Street Eats van

    * Michelle & Sandra's coffee van

    * An outdoor cafe set -up with Forage Espresso coffee and The Crib Box bacon and egg rolls

    We also have live entertainment, classic car club, competitions and giveaways.

    The event is free entry and pet friendly

     

    How will the day work?

    On the expo day each attendee will be allocated a 3m x 3m space.

    If required a larger space of 3m x 6m can be accommodated.

    A map of the set-up will be printed once final numbers are confirmed.

    How each attendee sets up their stall is completely up to them. You can be as interactive as you wish, sell products, run promotions and giveaways. Businesses/groups can also join together and share a stall. Bring a gazebo, set up stands, tables whatever works for your situation.

    Please note if you are a member of the Branxton-Greta Business Chamber or join before the expo the stall fee will be covered by the chamber.

     

    What if my business/organization can't attend the day but still wants to be involved?

    On the day there will be a community notice board and area set up. Those who can't attend on the day will have the opportunity to advertise on this board via flyers and business cards.
