“A lot of people in the area have an interest in getting fit and healthy and just don’t know the right way to go about it,” says Robert.

“I love working with people to help them set body goals and then support them through their journey to self-improvement.”

Robert and his team can provide personalised nutritional advice, diet or meal planning as well as point customers towards products and supplements to help achieve their goals.

Robert is excited about up-coming supplement, training and nutrition information evenings East Coast Supplements has planned. The open nights provide the community with additional opportunities to engage with the fitness industry, ask questions and learn about how they can adopt a healthy active lifestyle.

This local business is enthusiastic about working with other organisations to mutual benefit, having hosted product sampling opportunities at local gyms and sporting events. They have also sponsored local athletes to compete professionally and backed events such as Hunter Strongman.
