Much like the fine wine produced by this renowned Hunter Valley winery, Meerea Park Wines keeps getting better with age.

This year Meerea Park turns 25.  Since 1991 it has built a strong reputation for complex and delicate wines, including the famous Hell Hole Shiraz.MEERPAR 25yr Logo final

The Hunter Valley icon celebrates its quarter century with a Halliday 2016 5 Star rating, a Top 100 Australian Winery place and nearly 500 national and international wine show medals.

Cellar Door Manager Christine Crawford says despite international credentials, Meerea Park Wines is proudly local.

“Meerea Park is very loyal to the Hunter Valley wine region,” she says.

“Our tasting menu is 100% Hunter Valley and we will continue to promote our regional varieties.”

Christine says Pokolbin’s pristine environment and high quality produce is a drawcard for locals and visitors alike.

“This beautiful region brings many people in each year,” she says.Meerea Park 1311 - 02- Low Res

“The food and wine is always evolving and keeps people coming back.

“At the cellar door we get to showcase how beautiful our region is and meet interesting people each day.”

Christine and the cellar door team invite you to come and have a taste of the expertly crafted wines made by winemaker and owner Rhys Eather.  Rhys honed his skills at the Roseworthy Agricultural College and several vintages in France and Italy.

Meerea Park specializes in individual vineyard Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz, but also makes Chardonnay as well as a selection of Hunter Valley grown alternative varieties.  You are sure to find your favourite drop within this selection.

Centrally located at Roche Estate, Meerea Park is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.  If you can’t make it to the cellar door, visit the website to see the full range of wines available.  Sign up to the mailing list to be the first to know about new releases.
